In this dramatic composition with water artist uses contrasts of black and white to create the dynamic image. Photo-based seascapes of the artist often executed in monochromatic colors and with a great attention to particular details or effects. Artist focused on finding of the timeless yet contemporary images of nature and enhances them in his compositions. He often compose his paintings from the fragments of several found or his own photographs. Black, silver, brown, greenish-gray, whites are often dominant in the color schemes. Artist uses blurred effect and smooth brushstrokes to cleanse the overall effect of painting of unnecessary and secondary elements. His compositions are well balanced and often represent provocative plays of light and shadow.
